Introduction

In April 2005, Activated Carbon Technologies opened its carbon processing plant in Perth.

Details

This plant enables superior quality control and allows us to manufacture tailor-made products specific to industry and customer requirements.

The 10,000 m2 factory site incorporates our Perth office, 1,000 tonnes of raw material and finished product storage and carbon processing equipment. We conduct sieving, crushing, milling and blending (if requested) of activated carbon products.

The factory is fully under our quality control and is currently undergoing ISO accreditation.

By working closely with our existing applications and research laboratory we will provide tighter particle size specifications for both powder and granular products, in addition to checking our standard quality parameters routinely.

Having our own manufacturing facility benefits our customers through enabling much better quality control.

It also allows us to manufacture "tailor-made" products specific to industry and customer requirements.
